My Dad's Cancer Protocol.

October 15, 2019

Science is changing all the time, I get that, but when western medicine meets eastern medicine amazing things can happen.

There will always be more to add; however, there is more than enough information to be getting on with. Here's to a happier, healthier you.

I am not a doctor and cannot treat, prescribe or diagnose anyone.

All the information has either come from trials, scientific research and/or anecdotal evidence. I will, in time, list all the trials and 'PubMed' research papers. I felt it was more important to get this information out to people who need it now. Visit this link regularly, and I'll continue to add more as I go. The findings here are not my work, just my collection of processes I helped my dad put in place to help fight his cancer.

If you are reading this, contemplating any of these remedies, I'm incredibly proud of you. Firstly, because you are open enough to listen to alternative and natural therapies that may help you heal. The protocols suggested here, I know, may sound like mumbo jumbo. It entirely goes against the grain and everything we in the western world were brought up believing in.

I have seen, first-hand, all of the treatments I write about here help loved ones around me. Remember N=1. Please continue to research yourself, and if one suggestion here does not work for your particular cancer don't give up. Move onto the next.

Changing your whole lifestyle at any age is incredibly brave, heroic and Goddamn cool!

There is a lot of information for you to take in. Take your time, and I wish you well on your journey to beat cancer and take responsibility for your health.

It all doesn't need to be done at once or at the same time. Cancer takes years to grow. So unless you have weeks to live, take on the procedures that speak to you.

Make your mind up. If there is ever a time where it all gets too hard, again, it's your life, your cancer and your journey. If you decide to stop any protocol, traditional or natural, please be honest with family and loved ones. Let them know your decision and make the most of your time.

By following a very low carbohydrate diet; alongside packing and flooding your cells with healthy fat, nutrient-dense foods, you can reverse disease and inflammation. You can oxidise (give oxygen) to your cells to perform better.

This website explains in details how staving cancer cells of sugar (carbohydrates, you can starve the cancers.)

In the link below, is the first episode of The Truth About Cancer (TTAC). My dad and I watched these together, again and again; we took notes to choose and discuss some of the ideas that may be best for him.

It's so important that your mindset is strong. If you are going to begin a lifestyle change, stick with it because the alternative harder? ; O)

Is your body deficient in nutrients? It can't fight those cancer cells — getting rid of toxins and acid-forming foods and thoughts (as these feed cancer) without having the right balance of nutrients.

Cells that are full of oxygen, LIVE foods have little to no toxins. When cells have are given nutrient-dense foods, exercise, vitamins like Vitamin D and C, the more oxygen your blood can flood your cells killing the 'wonky' cells in a phase called apoptosis (programmed cancer cell death).

Live foods are foods that are fresh and still have the sunshine in them. Freshly cut sprouts, greens, lettuce etc.

Another way to get more oxygen into your cells is Oxygen Therapy.

This is one in Perth that cost $85 for an hour session. Find one near you if you can.

Charlotte Gerson, who lived well into her late 90's was STILL preaching about nourishing the body months before she had a nasty fall and died.

So simply put; eat real foods! You can up your protein intake with nuts and seeds. Here is Luke Hines Keto chocolate cake. Add some essential oils, like peppermint to it and leave out the fruit for a different taste experience. Mix it up to suit you.

You can eat as much of this as you'd like.

Seeds are a great source of natural proteins, healthy fats, fibre, minerals such as magnesium, potassium, calcium, plant iron and zinc. Use these to make a vast amount of different types of crackers — one cup of any seeds or nuts with one egg.

Mix up the spices and herbs. Spread lashes of thick organic grass-fed butter on the top, or sardines, and top off with some sprouts.

For a low carb seed bread here is my recipe from

If you can't find cassava flour use organic buckwheat flour instead (you can purchase from Coles or Woollies).

Buy these nuts in order of preference listed below because of their nutritional value and lack of phytates and lectins. Whizzing them in a Thermomix or high-speed blender can make a delicious nut-butter to have instead of butter on seed toast, on crackers.

Make some protein nut-butter balls with goji berries and shredded coconut. Add in apricot kernel. This is called B17 or laetrile. There has been lots of evidence that laetrile has killed cancer. It has a tiny bit of cyanide in it that doesn't hurt healthy cells but cause apoptosis in cancer cells.

Just make sure when you buy your shredded coconut that it hasn't got preservative E220 / E223, these are carcinogenic. Woollies do an organic one.

Activate your nuts…

Brazil nuts

Walnuts – Need activating (read why above).

Almonds – Need activating (read why above).

A lot of cancers are due to high amounts of oestrogen in your body. Out of whack hormones can be a precursor to oestrogen-based diseases like lung and breast cancer. Their primary source of energy…dairy

Cut it out, get rid, except for organic grass-fed butter and ghee. Read below to find out why.

Why organic grass-fed butter?

Grass-Fed Butter Nutrition Benefits & More - Dr Axe.

"Let's look at how the different butter options like ghee and standard butter not sourced from grass-fed cows compare to grass-fed butter. I've written about ghee before, and I highly recommend it. Ghee has a unique nutrition profile without any lactose or casein, but it's rich in short-chain and medium-chain fatty acids and butyrate. For people who are sensitive to lactose or casein, they can use ghee because the process has removed these allergens. If you've been told to stay away from dairy and butter, I would still experiment with grass-fed ghee.

Both butter and ghee contain medium and short-chain fatty acids. Butter contains 12 per cent to 15 per cent medium and short-chain fatty acids, while ghee contains 25 per cent or higher. The body actually metabolises these fats in a different manner than long-chain fatty acids. The result? Medium and short chains are not associated with cardiovascular disease.

Ghee has a higher smoke point than butter, so ghee is more stable at high heat. Meanwhile, grass-fed butter is better for baking and cooking at lower temperatures."

And don't forget about the ghee. Read Dr Axe's whole article. Remember, knowledge IS power.

But isn't butter dairy? Why can't I have dairy?

My clients ask this all the time, this article is long and very informed, so take a paragraph at a time and digest what you read.

The answer to whether or not anyone should consume dairy products is a complicated one. As with many things, the answer comes down to: 'It depends.'

Nora Gedgaudas has an article explaining the effect of dairy on the body available on The Paleo Way website, which is free to use. It covers how dairy is full of toxins, sugar, and produces oestrogen that can feed and strengthen any cancer cells.

But if you are reading this thinking "I CAN'T GIVE UP MILK IN MY TEA OR COFEEE!!!" Then don't forget to try some butter tea. Tibetan monks have been drinking butter tea for thousands of years. It makes it rich and creamy like milk and is full of all those good fats that you learnt about from Dr Mercola earlier up this page.

Dairy produces estrogens or Zeno-estrogens in our bodies. This is an extra burden to our livers and immune system. Zeno estrogens are "pretend" estrogens that not only are produced in our systems via chemicals from foods but how our foods are stored and packed in. Plastics are very high in Zeno-estrogens, so I'd unpack any organic foods from plastics wrappers straight away. Don't store foods in plastics, please never put hot foods or heat foods in plastic.

Dairy has caused so much illness and deficiencies in the world; it's not funny. Here's Dr Mark Hyman again explaining about the dreaded dairy.

Another toxin that is linked to oestrogen dominance and knocking out our hormone levels as well as overloading our liver is alcohol.

This is why it is recommended to cut out ALL alcohol from our bodies, especially while healing from cancer.

Here is a well-written piece by Doctor Libby Weaver.

Going organic…

But then you have a mix of real foods and toxins. What am I going on about here? What I mean by that is, that only going to your local supermarket and gathering your meats and vegetables from there, you could still be poisoning your system. Read the next article to explain why.

This list of real foods called the clean 15, dirty dozen shows, which foods are REALLY toxic if not buying organic. They suck in and soak up the pesticides and chemicals that CAUSE and KEEP cancer present.

But again, if for example, I was fighting cancer, I would buy known cancer-fighting foods like asparagus, organic if I could afford it. Onions, for instance, I'd never buy organic if I was watching those purse strings.

If your body is in a state of inflammation, you are sick in some form or another.

''You can if you like, ask your doctor to get a test to test your C reactive Protein markers – this will provide information and or scale to how you are progressing. Your levels should be less 1.0 if there are over 1 then there's inflammation present. ( the marker names change from cancer to cancer) Some doctors are not aware of the protein markers to determine the stage of the disease, but your oncologist should.''

Making sure your Omega 3 fats is higher than Omega 6 fats, this is crucial to reducing inflammation or oxidative stress. Healthy fats like virgin olive oil, coconut oil, avocados are best to cook with. Butter can turn rancid if overcooked too. You could make a chocolate mousse with avocado or use avocado oil in cooking (especially great for foods that you don't want to taste of coconut) I didn't like coconut tasting eggs at first, but now I can't taste the coconut oil so stick with it.

Chocolate Mousse Recipe

In a blender throw in some

raw organic cacao powder

an avocado

coconut milk

Yacon syrup – you can get this on iHerb

Mix until a thick, smooth, creamy sauce forms. Pour into little glasses or pots. I like to add peppermint or orange essential oil.

A test you can get done to check your omega count is called Omega Quant – you want to be in the 8-12 per cent range. The test measures EPA and DHA.

Overloading our livers can have such an impact on our overall health and immune system. That's why toxins NEED to be removed from the body and all around us.

Eat the rainbow, as simple and as easy as that. Try to have at least five different colours on your plate. Try not to eat 'white' foods.

For treats, I suggest using Yacon Syrup. Mark, from Mark's Daily Apple, explains it better than I can…

"As the research continues to pile up against artificial sweeteners, it's a race to take the lion's share of the growing alternative sweetener market. While natural sweeteners like stevia and erythritol have become more popular in recent years, it's still a wide field. One lesser-known option is yacon syrup—a natural sweetener with a low-calorie count and prebiotic abilities.

Yacon syrup is derived from the large tuberous roots of Smallanthus sonchifolius, a species of daisy that is cultivated in the Andes at altitudes of between 880 and 3500 metres. According to archaeological evidence, yacon was an important cultivated crop in Andean societies even before the rise of the Incas. The roots themselves can be eaten just like any other tuber. They look something like a sweet potato, with a taste somewhere between that of an apple, a watermelon and a pear…and with a texture likened to that of a water chestnut. But it's when the liquid is extracted from the flesh and evaporated, similar to the process used to make maple syrup, that things start to get really interesting. It's at this point that yacon becomes a genuinely natural sweetener, taking on a flavour similar to that of molasses or caramel. Delicious to most, slightly off-putting to others.

Much of that sweetness is due to a high concentration of fructooligosaccharides in yacon syrup. More conveniently referred to as FOS for short, they're often associated with a "have your cake and eat it too" scenario, whereby tastebuds register the sweetness, while the digestive system can't actually metabolise it. Those fructooligosaccharides are also a good source of prebiotics, having a similar molecular structure to inulin. This means that while the FOS are indigestible within the stomach, they're a treat for the bacteria residing in our gut and as a result, help to promote the microbiome."

Toxins & Detoxifying

"The body is constantly eliminating waste through a complex network of organs and actions. It's natural. But what happens when there's too much toxic build-up? The system becomes overloaded, and nothing gets moved out, leaving you sick and tired.

Your gut is the cornerstone of your health. It holds over 100 trillion bacteria and how they go, so the body goes. If your bacteria are sick, your body is too. Imbalances in the gut flora have been linked to everything from heart disease to cancer to depression to autoimmune diseases. But if you care and nurture for these bacteria, feeding the good ones and starving the bad, you can begin to balance your gut biome and achieve a new, optimal standard of health." - Dr Mark Hyman

If toxins build up, we stay sick. If a baby's umbilical cord has proven to have over 290 different toxins before the baby takes its first breath, then it can be frightening to think how many other toxins we have been or being exposed to every day. - I found this information on studies posted on the EWG website.

Detoxing every day is essential to beating cancer. Sweating is a great way to get rid of toxins naturally. Another reason to get some exercise in. Not well enough to exercise, then go to a good sauna. Infrared and near-infrared is best.

Herbs to detox – from 6 Herbs and Spices for Cancer Prevention | Everyday Health.

"The spice turmeric contains curcumin, which gives curry powder its yellow colour. "Curcumin is one of the most powerful anti-inflammatories identified to this day," says Amanda Bontempo, RD, CDN, an ambulatory oncology dietitian at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, N.Y. Cancer tumours have a network of blood vessels that feed them, explains Bontempo, and curcumin can work against these blood vessels and essentially choke the cancer cells to death. Mixing tumeric with black pepper and olive oil can activate curcumin's power. With its mild and pleasant flavour, turmeric can be used as a dry rub on chicken or even vegetables. A teaspoon or two can also be added to soups, sauces, or stews — a tasty way to practice cancer prevention."

"Along with onions, shallots, scallions, and leeks, garlic is an allium vegetable that may help prevent cancer, especially of the stomach. Allium vegetables contain organosulfur compounds, the chemical that causes eye-tearing when they're chopped. Organosulfur has immune-strengthening and anti-carcinogenic qualities. Garlic is a versatile cooking essential. It can be sautéed in a tablespoon of olive oil and served with whole-grain bread, or baked in the oven and then mashed into a spread. It's delicious added to vegetables and meats dishes."

"Another weapon in your kitchen's cancer prevention arsenal, fresh ginger contains gingerol while dried ginger forms zingerone. "Gingerol and zingerone are thought to have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, and therefore may be protective against cancer," explains Bethany Smith, RD, a nutritionist at Georgia Cancer Specialists in Atlanta. Store ginger in the freezer and grate a bit into lentils or rice when cooking. Steeping a few thin slices in hot water for 10 to 15 minutes can create a calming tea that may help with nausea and also decrease cancer risk."

Black Pepper

"Actually a berry, black pepper contains the active substance piperine, a naturally occurring chemical compound with strong antioxidant properties. A study conducted by scientists at the University of Michigan Comprehensive Cancer and published in the journal Breast Cancer Research and Treatment, found pepper along with turmeric — inhibited the growth of cancerous stem cells of breast tumours. However, the spice didn't destroy healthy cells. Pepper can add flavour to a whole host of dishes, from scrambled eggs to sliced tomatoes to soups and casseroles."

Cayenne Pepper

"Cayenne contains capsaicin, known to be a powerful antioxidant," says Bontempo. "Some lab studies have shown that capsaicin is toxic to cancer cells." One study by researchers at the University of California at Los Angeles School of Medicine, found capsaicin stifled the growth of prostate cancer cells, and even had the power to kill them off. In addition to fighting cancer, cayenne pepper also adds a tasty kick to a number of foods. Try it on popcorn and in dip to spice up snacks, or mix it with other spices for a smoky-heat taste."

"Oregano contains carvacrol, a molecule that may help offset the spread of cancer cells by working as a natural disinfectant. Carvacrol is also present in marjoram, mint, thyme, basil, and parsley. Marinating foods with oregano may also reduce the formation of heterocyclic amines (HCAs) — chemicals created when meat is cooked at high temperatures. HCAs have been found to increase cancer risk in animals. Oregano can be added to marinades, pizza, pasta, and tuna salad, just to name a few dishes."

This link below is a great site to find out more info in all the subjects I've mentioned so far.

Focussing on your gut and pooping correctly is paramount to your healing journey. Did you know your gut wall has 60% of cells that make up your immune system?

This is why what you eat is so IMPORTANT! If they, your bacteria are sick, you are sick.

So, many things alter our gut, but the two main big one is food and toxins from our environment.

This is a great video that will help some up how to fight cancer.

On Netflix – To Watch

The Magic Pill

Stink – This is an excellent documentary, which highlights that perfumes and flame-retardants found in our clothes and environment can have a detrimental effect on one's health.

The Paleo Way – Whether you like Pete Evans or not, this series is FANTASTIC for getting the background about how fundamentally our bodies work. There are also some great meal ideas through this series. You are what you eat!

Essential Oils

When I began researching easy, affordable ways to kill cancer cells, I came across many articles and even a few videos about the effect Scared Frankincense was having on cancer cells. Here in Australia, at the time CBD oil was not an option. This seemed like the next best option.

We now understand the power in the chemicals from plant, oil and tree oils.

These next few articles explain it way better than I could.

A little over a year ago, I became a Young Living Member. Holding an online account with Young Living, I can vouch that the cleaning and household products (not only clean amazingly), the products can replace all the harsh chemicals that are still making you sick, but won't break the bank. They last such a long time they aren't any more expensive than buying the toxin laden ones you may be currently using. Check the link to see what they do.

There are many emotional supporting essential oils and many cleansing and liver detoxing products.

The most independently researched essential oils for cancer are;

Breast Cancer

Scared Frankincense, Frankincense, lemongrass, Royal Hawaiian Sandalwood, Myrtle, Tsuga and Sage.

The link between cancer and inflammation has become stronger in recent years. The natural salicylates found in the essential oil Wintergreen is the same as in aspirin, but in the natural oil, it is much stronger. There are lots of other oils which are suitable for most cancers purely for their Anti-inflammatory effects. Building one's immune system is essential, especially if you are mixing natural medicine with western medicine. We know that Chemotherapy and radiation can drastically break down populations of T-Cells and NK (these are your natural killer cells responsible for fighting tumour growth. Certain natural compounds found in essential oils can restore levels of these critical immune components.

Some oils I haven't mentioned yet because they aren't linked to a specific research paper but do have these anti-inflammatory properties are;

All of the oils mentioned above as well as…

Anise, Tea tree, Citrus Fresh, Tangerine, Thieves, Melrose, Blue Cypress, Black Spruce, Blue Tansy, Cinnamon bark, Cistus, Citronella, Copaiba, Cumin, Dorado Azul, Eucalyptus Radiata, German, Chamomile, Ginger, Kunzea, Melaleuca Ericifolia, Melissa, Micromeria, Mountain Savory, Northern Lights Black Spruce, Ocotea, Oregano, Palo Santo, Peppermint, Petitgrain, Roman Chamomile, Rosemary, Rue, Spearmint, Spikenard, White Lotus, Wintergreen, Yarrow, Ylang Ylang and Yuzu.

Natural Care Products

There are lots of different types of natural and DIY natural care products that aren't going to laden your body with more toxic poisons that feed cancer.

Apart from the Young living range, Dr Bronner's range is great and has toothpaste, soaps and more from all good health food shops.

This is a good interview with an oncology nurse.

Alexx from Low Tox Life explains why we need to get rid of environmental toxins really well. There are bags of wisdom on her site. She also swears by Young Living products, and she has tried them all.

Vitamin C

This is still new and pretty 'out there' especially for GP's to get their head around as there aren't many clinical trials to prove this is a sure way to kill cancer.

However, there are lots of scientists and doctors who say there IS enough evidence to prove it is an amazing way to help our bodies

In Perth, there are a few places now that happily provide the Meyers cocktail for as little as $189, including consultant fees.

Check out your area but shop around.

What is the Meyers Cocktail? Here explains it well.

Vitamin C Benefits the Immune System — and So Much More.

Vitamin C Foods and Sources

There are plenty of foods high in vitamin C, making it super easy (and delicious) to get in your daily dose. Fruits and vegetables, in particular, are excellent ways to boost your intake.

Here are a few of the best sources of vitamin C:

·  Kiwi Fruit: 1 cup contains 164 milligrams (273 per cent DV)

·  Bell Peppers: 1 cup, raw contains 120 milligrams (200 percent DV)

·  Orange: 1 cup contains 95.8 milligrams (160 percent DV)

·  Strawberries: 1 cup contains 89.4 milligrams (149 percent DV)

·  Papaya: 1 cup contains 86.5 milligrams (144 percent DV)

·  Pineapple: 1 cup contains 78.9 milligrams (131 percent DV)

·  Grapefruit: 1 cup contains 71.8 milligrams (120 percent DV)

·  Broccoli: ½ cup, cooked contains 50.6 milligrams (84 percent DV)

·  Brussels Sprouts: ½ cup, cooked contains 48.4 milligrams (81 percent DV)

·  Mango: 1 cup contains 45.7 milligrams (76 percent DV)

·  Tomatoes: 1 cup contains 18.9 milligrams (32 percent DV)

·  Spinach: 1 cup, cooked contains 17.6 milligrams (29 percent DV)

Juicing also helps alkalise your body. All modern-day foods are acidic. When juicing lots of greens, you will be flooding your cells with chlorophyll. This also floods your cells with lots of oxygen.

Eating as many chlorophyll-rich foods like greens, salads and broccoli are ways for our bodies to detox and are packed full of phytonutrients which are chemical compounds. Phytonutrients also have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that can help support a healthy human body.

There are thousands of phytonutrients found in plants and related foods. Some of the most common phytonutrients are:

·      carotenoids

·      ellagic acid

·      resveratrol

·      flavonoids

·      phytoestrogens

·      glycosylates

Basically, they keep us alive and well and help us get rid of the free radicals that destroy our bodies and make us sick.

"Free radicals are unstable molecules that can damage the cells in your body. They form when atoms or molecules gain or lose electrons. They often occur as a result of normal metabolic processes. For example, when your body uses oxygen, it creates free radicals as a by-product and the damage caused by those free radicals is called "oxidative stress."

But your metabolism isn't the only culprit. You can also be exposed to free radicals that come from various environmental sources such as radiation, drugs, pesticides, solvents, cigarette smoke, and other pollutants.

Why Are Free Radicals So Bad?

When you're young and healthy, your body does a pretty good job of dealing with these free radicals, and you don't even notice anything. But, if you don't eat right, smoke, or are exposed to a lot of environmental sources of free radicals, your risk for cellular and organ damage goes up. Oh, and ageing takes its toll on your free-radical defence system too.

Free radicals damage cells over time, so eventually whatever organ those cells belong to isn't going to function quite as well as it should. For example, a connective tissue called collagen gets weaker with free radical exposure, and as a result, your skin gets more wrinkles. Also, the walls of your arteries can get damaged, and cholesterol plaques build up, which can reduce blood flow to your heart, brain, and other organs, or cause blood clots.

Because of the potential damage, excessive free radical exposure is associated with an increased risk of many chronic diseases, such as heart disease and some forms of cancer. Obviously, it's an excellent idea to avoid excessive amounts of free radicals."

This article is a great resource for why you should eat more chlorophyll-rich foods

Make sure you are only using Himalayan or sea salt. Keep your salt levels up, especially as all-natural foods don't come with salt. We need to take a look at your mineral levels to make sure you are absorbing the right nutrients.

Vitamin D is essential for that. It is also a gateway to all other health pathways…

Here are some other good sources of cancer help.

So, with all this info and I've only just scratched the surface, we should all be thriving, with or without cancer. Remember, it doesn't have to be a death sentence.

Bone broth and cancer- Normally I'd be saying to my functional health clients to get as much bone broth in as you can, great gut-healing properties. Unfortunately, the glutamine in bone broth can fuel cancer cell growth. This is an essential amino acid that our body makes and needs; however, if we are making and using what we need and not having an excess of it (as in drinking bone broth), we are not providing extra fuel for the cancer cells. This is a relatively new science. Watch this space…but, for now, stick to vegetable broths and soups.

Audible – Now I'm not a very fast reader, especially when it comes to new scientific breakthroughs, or old ones come to that. That's why I download audible for $16 a month which gives me one credit to download any book. I listen to it in the car, out walking, cleaning — the book up-loads on your iPad, phone or MP3 player.

Ewan M Cameron has every tool you'll ever need to kill the cancer head-on. He has written many books on every type of cancer. I have listed to three of them. I personally think they are worth a listen too.

Pod casts are my new favourite learning tool. I got so much out of this podcast about cancer and I'll add links to worth while podcasts as the months go by.

Harmonise the mind-body connection – Meditate, walk in the sea, get enough time out in nature and tell every cell in your body you are healthy. The mind is such a powerful tool. Use it!

Weight-bearing exercise – building strong muscle can fight the cancer cells, improve circulation, help restful sleep and a heap more benefits. Few but often is the key. Push-ups against the bathroom wall each time you go to the toilet or shower. Squats before actually sitting in a chair.

Get a good quality 8 hrs of sleep every night. Go to bed and get up at the same time to help circadian rhythms.

What a typical day looks like for my dad…

  1. Have a glass of Lemon juice in bicarb and water on an empty stomach.

  2. Do some tai-chi, chi-gong or meditate for 10-30 mins

  3. A glass of fresh juice – just veggies! Drink outside.

  4. Do a weight session

  5. Have a shower

  6. Take essential oils and rub them on the bottom of the feet, wrists and back of the neck and over the place where the cancer is.

  7. Eat a cooked breakfast like eggs and bacon, spinach and sauerkraut.

  8. Keep busy, walk in nature, at the beach. Ground – barefoot

  9. Deep breathe throughout the day

  10. Complete any daily tasks. Keep building your life for the future. Stay positive and tell yourself you are healing.

  11. Surround yourself with inspiring people, friends and family.

  12. Lunch - a keto paleo lunch, of course.

  13. Drink plenty of purified water.

  14. Start something new – my dad built a model boat – maybe learn a new instrument.

  15. Nap if needed – no longer than 30 mins.

  16. Meditate and or yoga

  17. Another juice.

  18. More essential oils.

  19. Throughout the day between lots of green and matcha tea.

  20. Munch on fat bombs

  21. Keep active

  22. Keto/paleo dinner 3 hours before bedtime

Sing, laugh and play. Like you did when you were a kid!
